Getting Started
Upload Your Master Resume
Open the Resume tab and tap the upload button to add your master resume as a PDF or by pasting text. This is the foundation that Prism CV tailors for each job you apply to.
Create a Tailored Application
Go to the Applications tab and tap New Application. Paste the job description for the role you want to apply to. Prism CV's AI will analyze the job requirements and create a tailored version of your resume plus a personalized cover letter.
Export Your Materials
Once ready, you can Download as PDF, Share, or Copy Cover Letter. Exporting requires a subscription, day pass, or application credits.
Subscriptions & Billing
What do I get with a subscription?
An active subscription unlocks unlimited exports (PDF download, share, and cover letter copying) for the duration of the subscription period.
What are Application Credits?
Credits are a one-time purchase alternative to a subscription. Each credit unlocks the export of one tailored application. Once unlocked, you can re-download or re-share that application as many times as you like at no additional cost.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Google Play or the App Store, not directly by Prism CV.

How do I restore purchases after reinstalling?
Go to Settings → Restore Purchases. If the issue persists, email us at contact@prismcv.app with your Support ID.
Account & Data
Do I need to create an account?
No. Prism CV creates an anonymous account automatically the first time you open the app. You never need to enter an email or password.
How do I delete my account?
- Open the App.
- Go to Settings (bottom navigation bar).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion.
Manual Data Deletion
If you have already uninstalled the App and need us to delete your data, you must provide your Support ID — the unique identifier that links your data to your account.
How to find your Support ID (before uninstalling)
- Open the App.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll to the About section.
- Your Support ID is displayed under "Support ID". Tap Copy ID to copy it.
How to request manual data deletion
Send an email to contact@prismcv.app with:
- Subject: Data Deletion Request
- Body: Your Support ID
We will permanently delete all data associated with your account within 30 days and confirm by reply if you include a return email address.
Troubleshooting
My resume isn't being parsed correctly
Ensure the PDF is text-based (not a scanned image). For best results, use a simple, single-column resume format without tables or text boxes. You can also paste the text directly.
I can't download the PDF
Ensure you have an active subscription, day pass, or application credits. If you believe you should have access, go to Settings → Restore Purchases.
The app is crashing or not loading
Try force-closing and reopening the App. Check your internet connection. If the issue persists, email us at contact@prismcv.app with a description of what happened and your device model.
