What is Prism CV?

Prism CV is an AI-powered job application assistant. You upload your master resume once, and the app automatically tailors it to each job description you provide — reordering your experience, emphasizing relevant skills, and generating a personalized cover letter. You can then download your tailored resume as a PDF and apply with confidence.

How is Prism CV different from editing my resume manually?

Tailoring a resume for each job by hand is time-consuming and easy to get wrong. Prism CV analyzes the job description and automatically highlights the experience and skills most relevant to that role, using the same language and keywords the employer is looking for. This improves your chances of passing ATS filters.

Do I need to sign up or create an account?

No. You don't need to provide an email, password, or any personal details. An anonymous account is created automatically the first time you open the app.

What file formats does Prism CV accept?

Prism CV accepts PDF files and plain text. For best results, use a text-based PDF (not a scanned image). You can also paste your resume text directly.

What are my payment options?

Weekly or monthly subscription for unlimited exports while active. A Day Pass for 24 hours of unlimited exports. Or Application Credits (packs of 3) — each credit permanently unlocks one application's export with no expiry.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel directly through Google Play or the Apple App Store subscription settings. Cancelling stops future charges but does not remove access until the current period ends. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription.

Is my resume data private?

Yes. Your resume content is stored securely on our servers and used only to generate your tailored application materials. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. You can delete your account and all data at any time from Settings.

Does Prism CV work offline?

An internet connection is required to generate tailored resumes and cover letters. You can view previously created applications offline.
